IT&C Department Government of Andhra Pradesh had allotted 450 acres of Land to Infosys in 2007 for setting up worlds ICT largest campus. Infosys Technologies had committed 25,000 jobs(software professionals) in 10 years.

Gachibowli STPI CampusSTPI has 1.9million sq ft office developed and operational on 50 acre campus.

- Revenue from Pocharam SEZ is US $ 262 Million and Gacchibowli campus is US$ 948 Million . Both campuses put together US $ 1.2billion from Andhra Pradesh.
- First LEED platinum certified building in SEZ. Most energy efficient building.
- 400 KWH Solar energy Plant to be operational by end of 2013
- Planted 3500 trees ( Natural Cooling – No air conditioning for most part of the campus)
