Bookings for units in the first two towers are on. We will hand over the units to customers by September next year. With an average price of Rs 3,600 per sft, the price of a 3-BHK unit would be around Rs 60 lakh to Rs 90 lakh and a 4-BHK unit would be for around Rs 1.2 crore,” says Ravikumar, deputy general manager of NCC Urban (sales and marketing).
He adds, “Another advantage of this project is that it sprawls over a vast area of 32 acres which gives sufficient open spaces. Some of the units also have servant quarters.”
The facilities at NCC Urban One include a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, indoor and outdoor games, jogging track, party lawns, gym, power backup, multi-purpose hall, green zones, party lawns, water treatment plant, tennis court and centralised piped gas connection.
