NCC Urban One by NCC Urban at Narsingi

For an upper middle-class family, buying their dream home is a landmark event. But given the number of projects coming up in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and the fluctuating prices, one needs to be extra careful while looking for the best deal.

One such upcoming project in the city, which happens to have a happy combination of right price, delivery period and community living is NCC Urban One by NCC Urban at Narsingi.

NCC Urban One is a few minutes’ drive from key locations such as Ocean Park, Appa Junction, Future Kids School, Outer Ring Road, Kokapet and Gandipet.

The project is also close to developments such as ICICI Towers, Cognizant Technologies, Karvy, Polaris, Microsoft, and Capgemini. It is around 4-km from Wipro Polaris Circle at Nanakramguda Junction and 6-km from ORR at Gachibowli.
The mega residential project by NCC Urban has four towers which house 1,400 flats with average areas from 1,535 sq. feet to 3,380 sft depending on whether it is a 3 BHK or 4 BHK. All units in the project are either three or four-bedroom apartments.

“NCC Urban One is an integrated township with a mix of residential, commercial, retail, hospital, school and entertainment projects. It combines the concept of live, work and play. Bookings for units in the first two towers are on. We will hand over the units to customers by September next year. With an average price of Rs 3,600 per sft, the price of a 3-BHK unit would be around Rs 60 lakh to Rs 90 lakh and a 4-BHK unit would be for around Rs 1.2 crore,” says Ravikumar, deputy general manager of NCC Urban (sales and marketing).

He adds, “Another advantage of this project is that it sprawls over a vast area of 32 acres which gives sufficient open spaces. Some of the units also have servant quarters.”

The facilities at NCC Urban One include a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, indoor and outdoor games, jogging track, party lawns, gym, power backup, multi-purpose hall, green zones, party lawns, water treatment plant, tennis court and centralised piped gas connection.
